Available in two widths, it can be configured with doors, double drawers and an optional niche at one end. ''SCENE'' is available in three veneers: natural walnut, dark walnut and black-stained ash, with matching tops or ceramic stoneware (Marquinia or white marble effect). For Sebastian Herkner, ''SCENE revisits the sideboard by playing asymmetrically on the levels and openings, sometimes to hide, sometimes to sublime personal effects such as a beautiful vase or a pile of inspiring books. Like stacked boxes, souvenirs and other objects are staged to create an intimate and personal decor.''
